When you have placed an order, you want to receive the items as soon as possible. On this page you will find all ins and outs regarding the delivery of your package.

The standard delivery time in the Netherlands of the Feyenoord Fanshop Online is 24 hours, if the products are available. Do you order before 17:00 on a working day? Then your package will be delivered the next day! Have you ordered a personalized product? Or did you order a print on your shirt? Then we use a longer delivery time; 2 to 3 working days. Please note, orders with an article from the design-yourself collection or a printed shirt are delivered in several parts. In addition, it may take a while before the order status is visible in your track & trace, often you will see the message: 'Planning is being made'.

Missed the deliverer?
If nobody is at home to accept the package from our delivery service, and the package cannot be left with one of your neighbours, then we will try to deliver the package again on the following day. Did you get a missed delivery card from our delivery service? Then you can check the details on DHL Parcel Missed Delivery. Log in with you delivery code (you will find this on the card) and your postcode. Then tell us what you would like us to do with the package: deliver it to your house, leave it with a neighbour, or send it to a DHL Servicepoint where you will collect it.
