How does the order process in the online shop of Feyenoord work?

Shopping
Navigate to the product of your choice and add the product to your shopping basket by clicking the Order button >> You can now continue shopping, check your order details, or go to the checkout to pay for your order. Click on your choice.

Your Shopping Basket
All the products you have selected are displayed in your shopping basket.

You can also calculate the estimated shipping charges.

Choose the country where you want your order to be shipped to.

1. Account details
If you already have an account, then login with your e-mail address and password, then click on Your Account Login>> Forgotten your password? Click the link and you will be sent an email with instructions. If you do not have an account yet, then click on Create New Account>> PLEASE NOTE: check the box "ship to this address" if the shipping address is not the same as the billing address.

 2. Billing address
Enter your details. PLEASE NOTE: if the shipping address is NOT the same as the billing address, then check the option box and enter the details for the second address (shipping address).

3. Shipping method
Our orders are shipped using DHL Parcel. You can also collect your order from a collection point by following the instructions on the shopping basket page.

 4. Payment method
Select your preferred payment method:

- Credit Card (processed by our payment transaction provider).

- iDeal internet banking via your preferred bank (processed by our payment transaction provider).

- PayPal. 

5. Remarks
Enter any additional information in the remarks field if necessary.

6. General terms and conditions
If you agree with the General Terms and Conditions, tick the checkbox.

7. Products you have ordered
The details of all the products you have put in your shopping basket will now be displayed. If all the details are correct, then Confirm Order>> If you want to change something then go back using the < Back button. Once the order has been placed, you will be asked to arrange the payment using your preferred payment method. Once the order has been received, you will be sent an order confirmation.
